Serious winter backpacking, temperatures below 20, but amazing solitude and views of the Milky Way.

We hiked up Emory Peak, over 6,000 feet. Beautiful views of the Chisos Mountains, and we saw a bear!

Rebecca and I had a fantastic time hiking through the rainforest and camping on the beach.

In my opinion this is the most beautiful state park in Missouri

We are backpacking the Smoky Mountains at the end of September. Can't wait to explore and hike to waterfalls, and even do a small section of the Appalachian Trail!
